Who we are?

We are a young Italian couple, with the intention of bringing the tradition of our country through the cuisine of our restaurant.

It was only a year ago when my partner Antonio and I decided to leave our beautiful Amalfi Coast to start a new adventure here in Holland, and, thanks to our strong desire and spirit of will, we managed to achieve the first of the goals we we had placed ourselves. And here we are now in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Amsterdam, DePijp, where our little take-away place was born.

We decided to combine our two greatest passions, cooking and love for Italy.

The "noemi" restaurant was born mainly as a take away pizzeria and pasta factory. the location allows a lot of the kind of takeaway commercial activity thanks to the large flow of tourists that are there especially during the day who are attracted by the very famous Albert Cuyp market.

The concept of our cuisine is based on quality, not quantity... little but good! this is why you will always have the opportunity to observe live how we cook the dish you prefer!

At Noemi you can find a great variety of flavors to compose your pizza (different from the usual Neapolitan round one, but rather rectangular in a pan, with a longer cooking time it is a slightly different dough).

Another of our specialties are focaccias and homemade pasta. by hand!In fact, it is possible to order not only already cooked dishes, such as lasagna, cannelloni, etc., but for cooking and pasta lovers there is the possibility of ordering fresh pasta of your choice at least 4-6 hours in advance between pappardelle , tagliolini, tagliatelle, ravioli, gnocchi..)

The entrance is characteristic and rustic, with a wonderful mural that recalls agriculture and food, very suggestive especially on sunny days.
this is the first time we have run a business, but we work hard to convey our love for cooking; What is important to us is above all the use of quality raw materials and exclusively Italian origins!

We are also available upon reservation for party or birthday preparations!
